PotjeBier (3448) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - AUG 14, 2017
Draft @ Planet Oedipus ’17. Black color. Aroma’s: sweet chocolate, Mars bars - or Milky Way, that kind. Retronasal the same. Flavor is sweet, chocolate. Strong alcohol feel, full bodied. Very heavy on the sweet chocolate.

On tap at Planet Oedipus. Black colour, thin beige head. Aroma is very sweet, sugary, vanilla, milk chocolate, raisins. Flavour is very sweet, vanilla, milk chocolate, sugar, raisins, rhum, roasted malts, mostly sweet finish. Medium bodied. Way too sweet.

bottle (brewdog uk online, iirc). black. low-to-none head. sweet roasty malty nose. some sort of chocolate, vanilla, cocoabutter at least. lots more though too. full bodied, smooth, sillky sweet thick and heavy. with a slight sweet licorice, vanilla oaky finish. this is really smooth and nice. it is heavy, but strangely drinkable too. no sign of the hefty abv, or maybe some, but the smoothness and sweets just makes me not care. a really well crafted beer. can’t say I would like another, but really glad i had this one.

Vighals (4073) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - AUG 3, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2017 Svart med fingerhøyt beige skum som blir helt borte. Lukter lakris, trevirke, lett kaffe, krydder og havre. Fyldig. Smaker nellik, kaffe, lakris, pepper, mye julesmaker her. Spar denne til jul. Middels lang.

arsol (1221) - NORWAY - AUG 3, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2017 Så og si helt svart farge med beige skum som forsvinner. Lukter av kork og litt av krydder og mørke stenfrukter. smaker av jul , gløgg og julekrydder😊. Kjenner alkoholvarmen i ettersmak.

dzudohonor (175) - POLAND - AUG 1, 2017
Piękny aromat gorzkiej czekolady i kakao. W smaku dochodzą do tego roztopione praliny. Jednak jest jakaś nuta, która mnie drażni. Nie mogę jednak określić co, ale coś ze słodami palonymi. Aromat świetny, a w smaku trochę słabiej. Alkohol świetnie ukryty.

3.7
MiP (15920) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2017
Draught at KØ17. Weak aroma. Almost black colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is sweet and sticky. Sweet liquorice. Mild, warming alcohol finish.
