Draft. A hazy red beer with a lazing pinkish head. The aroma has notes of cherries, dusty hops, fruit, and malt. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of sour cherries, dusty hops, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. Strength shown as 9 per cent. Cloudy maroon appearance. Slightly sour cherry flavour with as surprising lack of body. Perhaps not a bad beer just not my sort of beer.

jjsint (2822) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - MAR 29, 2017
Bottle at Walters & Grapa, Rīga. Purplish red with a big loose white head. Aroma of glac cherries, rosewater and champagne vinegar. Cherry-laden taste, quite sweet but there is a notable sour/medicinal note near the finish. Aftertaste is sweet/sour, imbued with notes of sugared forest berry. More than decent for the style and on its own merits.

Small pinkish head, irregular, over hazy ruby-cyclamen beer. Nice, aromatic, near-perfumey nose, but totally natural fruit smelling. Slightly perfumey, but very nice fruitflavours (cherry and other red fruit, as redcurrant). Faint acidity, lactic but also fruitacids. Medium bodied at best; very good but not fizzy carbonation, easily drinkable. Excellent light kriek! Thanks to Stefaan!

Juks (286) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 15, 2017
Tap at Koht (thanks FatPhil). Hazy red, small pinkish-white head. Aroma is cherry, grandmoms red currant juice, sour. Taste is sour berries, raw berries, redcurrant, cherry marmelade, lacto. No balance at all, just lacto and some juice. Light bodied, medium carbonated. Rather nope.
