UPDATED: JUN 13, 2019 Sample from bottle (Blend #2) at Hoof Hearted during the 'Party At The Gutt's vs. Quit Yer Fussin' - Dual Can Release' event on 03/17/2019. Clear golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a wispy film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, funky yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart and funky stone fruits, oak, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is vinous oak and tart fruit. Good beer overall.

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2018 Thnx to Bart. Pours rather clear blonde, small white head. Smell is full, dry, tart, mild fruity ( apple-like, but not acetaldehyde ) , quite nice. Taste is tart, dry, fruity, full, medium body, rather high carbo. Rather sharp. Fruityness provided by the barrel, reminds a bit of apples, in a way. Pours cloudy golden with a finger of white head. Aroma of funk, green grapes, hay and grass. Taste is distinctive tart, grapes and kiwi, light fruit sweet finish. 750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice spice some wine barrel notes. Tatse is more of the nice spice some wet oak and a wine touch.
