33 cL Bottle at home. Pours clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a decent grassy hoppiness with a bit of malt. Taste has some malts, grass and a medium bitter finish. Medium body and carbo. Pretty nice lager.

Bottle from Drinks of the World, Geneva. Brilliant golden pour with a prominent white head. Attractive stuff indeed. Soft baked bread and light hay on the nose. Perhaps a touch doughy. Nicely peppery, earthy hop character. Fairly crisp. Bright carb. Solid stuff.

I found this bottle at the shop Boissons Service at Prilly-Malley. I drank it relax at home with my wife two weeks ago, during these hot days. In my point of view, it is not a great beer for a craft brewery but I had pleasure to drink this lager and I think that it is more a lager than a keller. The color is gold like the lager’s world, thin and white foam, normal carbonation. The taste is what you could expect of a lager: malty, bready, hop, close to the perle, typical German pils bitterness, perfect for the summer, taking good time.

PapaCanard (183) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 29, 2017

Bottle at Erzbierschof MC. Pours slightly cloudy yellow. Aroma is little grassy and flowery hops over clear malts. Body is medium, softly carbonation, medium bitterness with a strange sour sweetness. Okay.

from Amstein - pretty clear dark golden beer with no head retention; aroma of straw and honey; quite assertive palate, moderate malt backbone, solid carbonation yet subtle; fairly bitter; grassy aftertaste with more notes of straw
