Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/2018, merci Yann.

Light tropical fruits, peach, mango, orange, tangerine, pine. Hazy gold, medium, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More tropical fruits, ripe mango, passion fruit, pine, bitter orange, marmalade, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very nice IPA, well-balanced, complex. Bottle from Drinks of the World, Bern.

330ml bottle served in a pint glass. Pours a slightly cloudy golden to orange color forming a big and creamy white head with good retention and tons of lingering lacings formed and left in the glass. Nose is very flowery and fruity. Strong notes of grapefruit and berries. Notes of pine and grass too. Great perfume. Slightly sweet upfront taste. Again, strong notes of grapefruit and berries. Notes of peaches. Great hops bitterness. Intense but not overwhelming. Grassy finish. Medium body. Smooth. Medium carbonation. Fruity and grassy aftertaste. Notes of grapefruit and pine. Great drinkability. Impressive Swiss made IPA. A winner.

Body is opalescent yellow orange with tons of tiny particles, head is very big, snow white, rocky, mostly lasting, excellent lacing. Aroma is lemon, grass, green tea, peach, citrus. Medium sweet, medium bitter, light citric sour. Finish is medium lasting fruity hoppy citric medium bittersweet, light alcohol warmth. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Easy, refreshing citric summer beer, well balanced, nice one.

Thanks Vincent for this bottle that we drank in Bonfol. In my opinion, it is a decent IPA, they almost all make this new fashion beer. In Switzerland, they should have to brew more stout and imperial stout. The color is copper, normal carbonation, thin and white foam. The taste is perfectly bitter, resine note, grapefruit, hop, malt, the bitterness stays a long time at the mouth, refreshing, next one please!!!
