A particularly focused and lush expression of our house pils. Creamy texture with pronounced notes of earl grey tea and a nice clean snappiness. Our cherished house Pilsner.

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2023 Burk från Suarez. Något större och fylligare, i övrigt något utav en amerikansk Jever/pilsner i nordtysk tappning. Mycket gott och smakrikt.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2023 Can courtesy of Leighton. Cheers captain. Straw colour. Soft haze. Slim lasting white foam. Clean lightly drying number with a nip of lemon hop. Hint of sour. Somewhat light body but it’s refreshing and bright. Nice one.

A little overrated for the supposed king of pilsners. It's better than your average pilsner, there's actually a little hop in there, the palate is perfect and it has some fruity and nutty notes. But it isn't transcendent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2021 Can @ Home. Thanks for the tick, Shawn. Lightly clouded pale golden beer with a fluffy white head. Really nice and dry beer. Pale cracker and bready malts up front with a sligthly herbal, floral, and grassy hop note. Flavor is just mildly sweet with pretty mild bitterness on the finish. Nice body and full carbonation. Easy drinking and really clean. Well done.

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2021 Can via the brewery - cheers to BillyT. It pours clear pale yellow with a small white cap. The aroma is fresh, grassy, leafy, grain husk, clean, biscuit, doughy white bread and some sponge cake. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, airy malts, grass, leafy, snappy, light bitterness, soft sweet doughy white bread, sponge cake, cracker, biscuit, hint of lemon curd, straw and a touch of peppery spice with a lingering dry, grassy finish. Average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Clean, rounded and crushable. Flavourful, not boring. Effortlessly drinkable.

Texture: corps mince sans être aqueuse, carbonation moyenne, très bonne buvabilité. Croustillante, délicate et très bien équilibré.

MacBoost (2073) - Rochester, New York, USA - MAR 13, 2021
UPDATED: MAR 13, 2021 3 week old 16oz can drank in the shower. This met expectations as the #1 Pilsner. Light and floral, noble and crisp. Best low boost beer you’ll find that isn’t sour. Better than anything in Europe.
