Ein naturtrübes Lagerbier voll weicher, frischer Hopfenaromen mit feiner Zitrusnote, frisch wie ein Pils und mit einem leichten Malzkörper wie ein Helles.
Unfiltered, golden lager beer full of hoppy flavors with a hint of citrus, fresh as a Pilsener and with a mellow malty base.
Hops: Citra, Simcoe, Perle, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Hersbrucker & Smaragd.

Thuis uit een flesje. Licht gele kleur, uitbundig schuim. Heerlijk fris, inderdaad goed gehopt. Lekker, ook goed doordrinkbaar.

Draught at Bronwyn, 8/15/18.
Lightly-to-minimally hazy, bright, "lime"-tinted, bronze-brass. Small, but dense, white head atop showing modest retention.
Very relaxed nose does indeed show primarily American hop notes of citrus (lemon and grapefruit), soft yellow fruits (pear, peach, apple) and a surprisingly strong maltiness on the end full of honey, vanilla and even caramel. Malts eventually outdo the hops, with toasted grain, caramel and strong bread-like notes lingering. No resin, despite it being quite grapefruit-forward.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, and lightly sweet with much of the caramel, honey, toasted baguette and such seen from the nose. Lemon-lime and grapefruit with light peach and apple add some balance though the bitterness is surprisingly low. Almost tastes like it's oxidized on the finish, but that may just be strong specialty malt notes and older PNW hop notes giving a sense of oxidation. An odd tension between the very strong malt character and very citrusy, fruity, low-in-bitterness hops. Low, somewhat engaging carbonation could stand to be tighter. No alcohol or flaw noted.

Hopfenfest Bochum 2018. Irgendwie Pech gehabt. Floral-hopfig in der Nase mit etwas Zitrus, geschmacklich jedoch eine Zumutung. Dünn, schlapp, demotiviert. Vielleicht war das Fässchen ja infected :(

Banane, Grapefruit, Zitrone. Sehr schöne Krone, leider instabil. Naturtrüb goldgelb! Süffig, deutlich bitter. Herb. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

courtesy of Philipp and Thomas - clear golden beer with a little white foam left; fresh and clean citrusy and grapefruity aroma; solid yet subtle carbonation; medium-bodied, lively palate, gently tart and decently bitter, long fresh hoppy finish of yellow fruits

ElDesmadre (4445) - Mikołów, POLAND - FEB 20, 2018
Bottle. Light malty, shy basement note, pronounced hoppiness - herbal, lemongrass, tobacco, citrus, vague tropical fruit. Toned down, light astringent bitterness. Very tasty with some room for improvement regarding the mouthfeel.
