, Copenhagen - Black pour with beige head. Sweet and roasted malty with some charred burnt malty accents, some cocoa and caramel notes, burnt brown sugar, dark malty close.
Dry cocoa nose. Amazing how you can achieve so much freshness with strong cocoa and raw roasted coffee bean! And you still have a full mouth with ripe mangos and sultanas, dried apricots! Absolutely great beer! A perfect pairing with spicy pork ribs at Green St. Smoked Meats, Chicago. zebra (2096) - Illinois, USA - AUG 26, 2016
