COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We took many extra steps to make this intense hoppy American-style barleywine to celebrate 10 years of brewing some of the most flavorful beers in the world. Selecting from the best hops this planet has to offer and Bourbon-barrel aging for 6 months was just the beginning for us. Then we went the extra mile and dry-hopped Barrel Aged In-Ten-Sity afterwards for a really great, fresh hop aroma. This hard work pays off creating a well-balanced barleywine with tons of character that will stand the test of time. Happy birthday to us, and cheers to you.

Bottle @ RBSG Odense 2017. Pours muddy brown with a off white head. Aroma of chewy caramel, fruity - grapefruit alike, malty sweet. Loads of hops, fruity, loads of sweet malts, sguary, very weak malt profile and way too much hoppy charater.

Pours lovely in dark amber with beige head. Very sweet and toffeeish nose. Taste is rich and warm from ABV and with some hints of hops. Caramel with some chestnut on the palate. Also long and sweet but remarkable fresh for the sweetness.

Beczka dobrze wkomponowana w piwo. I może troszkę więcej ciała by mogło być, miało by bardziej degustacyjny charakter. Dobre piwo. 8/5/7/4/15

Dogbrick (13037) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 4, 2017
Sample during the "Hoppin’ On Deck 2" tasting on 06/04/2017. Clear dark reddish-amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of oak, toffee, fruit and malt. Full-bodied with with flavors of oaky bourbon, caramel malt, fig and vanilla. The finish is sweet and boozy with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer overall.

660ml bottle - thanks martjoobolut! (6:4:5:3:10=2.7)
Crazy sweet malty aroma, toffee, some hints of alcohol here. Crazy sweet taste, total butter toffee, some spiritiness here. Sugar watery palate, crispness. Finish is totally booze vapours. Fuck me, this is a juggernaut of booze. And sugar. Narp.
