COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Built around the malt bill of a typical Weizen, but fermented with American Ale Yeast and dry hopped to be a modern single-hop Citra American Wheat Ale. This is a summer beer by definition. Clear straw colored, clean, with a persistent creamy white foam head thanks to extra of proteins from all the wheat. Aromas of mango, kiwi and spices due to the post-fermentation hopping are followed by mango, passion fruit and wheaty graininess on the palate. This is a beer best followed by another one!

Bottle at a tasting. Clear pale colour, moderately stable white head. High carbonation, well attenuated yet retaining the subjective feeling of a medium body. Flowery and light fruity hops character. Soft maltiness in the background. Very easy drinking. Very good too.

courtesy of Marco Buraschi - pretty clear golden-blond beer with a little foam left; pretty hoppy aroma of spices, earthy and wheaty, gently citric; solid carbonation; tasty and quite full_bodied, fairly bitter; the notes of wheat are more present in the finish with long spicy hoppy notes - well-crafted

Pale watery yellow color with foam ring. Fresh citrus nose with light hop aromas and some wheat. Light aggressive on the first sip with decent hops and a nice fresh bitterness. Dry bitter aftertaste. Solid, easy drinkable beer.

Bottle, thanks Marco Buraschi via anstei. Pale yellow, nearly white color with white head. Aroma is mango, grassy hoppy, slightly yeasty - fresh. Taste is fruity mango, a bit hoppy, some wheat, a bit spicy, but more in a fresh way. Medium carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Nice and fresh, highly drinkable - a nice addition to the well-balanced lineup of the brewery.

Bottle, courtesy of Marco Buraschi. Smooth wheatiness. Fresh grassy hops. Light body with a lively carbonation, highly drinkable. Decent balance, but the finish gets low quickly with some flowers and grass remaining. A beer to drink a few after another.
