Bottle 33 cl / Chäsi - Erlach (CH). Golden-amber beer with an average pale ochre foam, fine crackling and many tiny floats. Aromas of hop, flower and citrus, point of pineapple oand caramel. The taste is all in bitterness, earthy, citrusy and resinous, slight malt, which after all, serves only as support for the hops, cruel lack of nuances. In finale, it's the bitter which goes on, imbalance in favor of hops. Bov (13553) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 3, 2017
