33cl can from Gulating lutsalg, Trondheim. Pours dark mahogany coloured with a fair, beige head. Farily hoppy aroma with mild citrus and pine, some roasty notes and hints of licorice and coffee. Moderate sweet with pleasant mixture of dark and hoppy flavours and a balanced bitterness. Feels a bit thin, but very easy to drink and rather enjoyable.

On can from Meny Løren. Pitch black Color, good offwhite: brownish foam. Medium/high aroma intensity; hop dominated, roasted, pine , citrus and some Fruitiness. Medium body & complexity. High bitterness- a bit unbalanced in that regard. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml can (Beerfox, Riga)
Oooh, upon opening it splashes onto my sleeve and smells immediately like several-day-old stale spilt lager. In the glass, its a pungent nettley hoppiness. Looks good - dark, and a persistent spongy beige head. Palates a bit watery, but has a dustiness too it too, pleasantly carbonated. Feels like a macro attempting to do craft, and not doing a bad job of it, but still you can tell its macro. Some roast, some bitter hops. Grassy and slightly harsh finish. At least its a fairly easy drinker, the whole pour slipped down in only 3 glugs, before the head was more than about half settled.

dark notes from Metenis! Roasted malts, unpleasant licorice for me, some coffee, citrus, pine hops. Quite boring bitterness. Decent, but not mine

Can. Dark brown color. Caramel, licorice and citric hops in the aroma. Thinnish. Malty sweetish roasty flavor with a citric tartness. Well hopped. Grassy. Very tasty beer.
