01/09/2017 @home - 50cl bottle (as Cuvée Sofie Special Edition on 50cl for Presklubben) from Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte. Amber coloured. No head, thin lacing at the beginning. Nose is sour, apple, red wine, bit wood. Taste is a nice mix between sour, apple, bit sweetness, red wine, grapes, some wood. Good mouthfeel. Nice version of the Cuvée Sofie which I like very much.

dorain (713) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUL 28, 2017

Riktigt gott.

Bov (13354) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAR 15, 2017
[email protected] Trappiste - very hazy dark orange beer with a poor head retention; very strong woody notes of vinegar and raisins; low carbonation; full-bodied, sweet and very sour, quite dry and with a long finish of wood, apples and raisins; long lasting sourness ; astringent - too woody to be great
