Bottle, 4%. Clear golden with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, brett and lemon. Flavour is malt, brett, fruit, lemon, little thin, little dry, little sweet and citric.

courtesy of Jasmina Slacanin - pours a hazy golden-amber beer with a modest head retention; fresh aroma of candied fruits, lemon, dates and banana; thin-bodied, fresh, lively and tasty palate, fairly tart; long fresh fruity and bretty finish

330 ml. bottle sampled @ "D. & E. Tasting #3". BBF 06/2018. Purchased @ Swafff 2017. Expensive like all Trois Dames with no ingredients seemingly to justify. Swiss prices I suppose. Strange concept, odd beers & bafflingly hard to drink for the style. It doesn’t seem like the dates are the weirdest part, that yeast is all weird. Orange, small white head. Nose is bafflingly sweet, sugar, Turkish Delight, the dates all sugar, odd yeast. Taste is this massive soapy almost funky yeast, strangely sweet, huge soap, something odd, less Turkish delight / date than in the nose, it is all finish, sweet, huge soap, candy,... Body is soap, sugar, candy, weird yeast. It is hard to drink.

Keg at IMBC ’16. Hazy amber shade. Short head. Bright and fruity aroma with banana notes. Similar zing and freshness to the taste with some tartness and citrussy flavours. Decent stuff.

Fruity, light and refreshing, this collab is a really nice take on a farmhouse ale.
