from a Coop in Sissach - translucide ruby-amber beer with no head retention; aroma of caramel and paperboard; medium-bodied, sweet, grainy and light sticky; short aftertaste of caramel and flowers SinH4 (4945) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - DEC 15, 2016
Bottle, thanks derA. Clear reddish-amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is caramel malts, bready, a bit earthy. Taste is sweet caramel, bready, very sweet finish. Medium carbonation. Too sweet. anstei (2358) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - NOV 7, 2016
Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours clear amber. Bready malty aroma. Body is very light and from the start a bit watery. Hops are there and work better as in the other two. Typical sweetness which works. Okay, but still boring. derA (91) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - OCT 15, 2016
label says that it’s a filtered amber lager and the label doesnt lie with this one either. Appearance is transparent copper, nose is exactly like smelling a bag of Weyermann Caramunich. Dominating caramel sweetness on the nose is followed by a very light body and a sweet finish. Other than being able to clone a generic sweet amber lager, this beer does not have many redeeming qualities.
