Wilder Uhu - Oud Bruin. Sein Aromenprofil ist hochkomplex und reicht von schwarzer Kirsche über Toffee bis hin zu Balsamico. Der „Wilde Uhu“ ist ein Sauerbier erster Güte und am besten genießt du ihn zusammen mit Freunden.
Holzfässer: Rum, Irish Whiskey.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2017 Aus der Flasche getrunken (in Hamburg gekauft). Nr. 453/200. Schönes Rotbraun mit viel Schaum im Glas. In die Nase steigen sofort leicht stechende Säurearomen. Wirkt im Antrunk reifer und ansprechender. Malz- und Lakritznoten kommen später und changieren mit den multiplen Fassaromen. Interessant, aber nicht außergewöhnlich.
