COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OK, so it’s rich, complex, and we think a rather fine brew, but it’s Christmas cheer you’ll be drinking here. So give us a "Hey". Give us a "Ho! Hey! Ho!". Santa’s here! Say it loud and clear.... "Bartender, if you please. Give me a Ho, Ho, Ho!"

Sigmund (7961) - Tau, NORWAY - AUG 15, 2017
330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9.2%, 60 IBU. Cloudy brown colour, moderate beige head. Strong aroma of piney hops, also notes of molasses and alcohol. The flavour is moderately sweet, malty first with some caramel, immediately followed by a distinct and fairly sharp hoppy bitterness. Rich mouthfeel. Should be able to handle even the most robust Norwegian Christmas fare, like smoked "pinnekjøtt" (I prefer the unsmoked pinnekjøtt though). Might buy this one again next Christmas.
