COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
infusion de cassis et raisinelets du marché dans deux barriques de Saison √225.

les cassis confèrent des tanines et de l’acidité, ainsi qu’une not irisée à la bière. Et comme c’était encore la saison des raisinelets, alors in en a mis dedans.

Bottle at home, 2015 vintage bottled 2016. Clear orange golden with fizzy off white head. Lots of hay, light spicy yeast, funk, white pepper, red grapes and a hint of wine, black currant, cassis, light bready malts. This is quite funky, and has a lemon tartness running through it. Light sweet, over light bitter and just medium sour. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. I love this, it’s pretty damn close to a good fruited lambic. Another underrated BFM gem.

Saison and hay notes. Taste: light body with fruity and sourness balance. grapes and blackcurrant notes. Very intensive taste, good attenuation, hay and grassy notes. Fresh and astringent. Aftertaste: dry fruity and sourness. Great!

from Batavia - hazy dark blond beer with a moderate foam left; solid fruity aroma of rhubarb, black currant and straw; hints of vinegar; tasty and lively palate; medium- to full-bodied; fairly sourish, dry and fruity finish of raisins, berries and rhubarb - superb

Bottle sample @ Vine Birre Ribelli ’16.

375 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. 2015 Vintage. Hazy citrus golden, little off-white head. Nose is mellow milky, lactic, zest, mineral, easy, yeast dominates a bit. Taste is strange milky cornflakes, overly yeasty, strange, soggy cornflakes forward, some white sugar, lacks complexity, muddled yeast, not overly exiting, low grapes. Body is milky, yeast, cornflakes. Not very exciting, definitely expected more from this one, too muddled, largely yeasty. Not too exciting.

Tap at Brassin Public® 2016. Lightly hazy brown. More sour, more juice, better balance. Super balanced and drinkable. Light, tart. Great juice.
