Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a fine minerally crispness., Light malts, thin creamy sweetness. Nice light savoury brett. Mild sweet floralness. Very mild fresh orange. Spritzy lemon. Light finish brings tangerine and pine. Nice, so many brett IPAs fall short for me, but this one works well.

330ml bottle served in a pint glass. Pours a dark cloudy orange to beige color forming a big and creamy off white head with good retention and lots of lacings left in the glass. Nose is sweet, fruity and slightly sour. Caramel, grapefruit and grass. Slightly sweet upfront, notes of caramel, grapefruit and grass. Pine and pineapple notes. Quite dry overall taste. Medium bitterness finish. Medium body and carbonation. Citrus and grassy aftertaste with hints of pine and caramel. Great drinkability. Great sour IPA made in Switzerland.

330ml bottle generously sent by derA as a part of European local swap, many thanks.

Lovely funky brett aromas, barnyard is strong in this one. Great white fruit and sometimes peaches aromas. Now thats funk. Lightly sour

Bottle. Although it describes itself as an IPA this in my opinion is more like a Saison. Fruity and slightly sour with a biting bitter edge. Pleasant but not what I was expecting. My first from this brewery.

Bottled. Bottled. Pours cloudy deep golden with a small white head. Aroma of grapefruit, apricot, funky notes and a little caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up being dry and bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and average carbonation. A very nice IPA. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bottle, courtesy of DerA. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is light brett with some hops, but also leather and cherries. Body starts sour with a lively carbonation, still some fruit. Sour palate. Works, but has no reminiscences of an IPA.
