Bottle. Pours slightly hazy orangeish amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, citrus and ftuit, with estery and malty notes. Seeetish flavour of fruit (orange peel), with notes of hops and citrus and touches of malt and yeast. Estery and fruity aftertaste with bitterish hints. Very nice.

@Meet the Brewer, Volta Bräu - clear bronze beer with a chaotic foam left; aroma of herbs and peaches; full-bodied, light grainy, yeasty, peachy and herbal finish

Bottle, thanks derA! Slightly opaque copper-amber color with big off-white head. Aroma is forest floor, piney, caramel malts, toasted malts, some tropical fruits and a touch of butter. Taste is tropical fruits, Stone-like overengineered hop oil petroleum, caramel and toasted malts, a tangy sharp bite and a bitter bready finish with a fruity aftertaste. Oily mouthfeel with a lively carbonation. Not what Galaxy can be, but one of the more impressive IPAs coming from Storm & Anchor since he started brewing at Doppelleu.

tezarak (121) - Lengnau, SWITZERLAND - FEB 11, 2017
UPDATED: FEB 13, 2017 Poured from a 33cl bottle at home. A light to medium hazy bronze, with a slightly tanned white head. Generous caramel maltiness (and strangely something very subtle but like cocoa or coffee - stout like aroma). Hops are present but very overpowered by the malt. Bitterness is medium followed by a slightly more intense bitterness that lingers. Carbonation is certainly not lacking. Somehow very malty but not overly sweet as would be expected. Lacking hops flavour/aroma

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours light cloudy amber. Amber is rather malty, but still with forest hops notes. Some onion. Body is medium with a lively carbonation. Still a bit of onion. Nice, but not stellar.
