Pours ruby-red, fizzy with a finger of a pink head and excellent (pink) lacing. Aroma is tart, with strong berries. Attack is very sour, strong hibiscus, cranberries, light malts, spices, cava rosée. Light body, thin feel, lively carbonation, astringent, heavily sour, but very enjoyable.

Hazy pale red robe. Nose of grape, dark fruits, yeast and a bit of acidity. Acidulate attack. Attack is tart, palate on hibiscus and grapefruit. Finish is lemony and grapefruity. Very nice and easy to drink sour, fruit is strong but it is still a beer, good balance!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Vova & Stas. Cloudy red with a pinkish head. Nice lacto, cranberry, light spiciness, tart, light bitterish note in the finish. Very good.

McNeillR (2322) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 11, 2017
Neat vibrant pink, opaque and a whiteish pink lasting head. Nose is bright, earthy lemon and raking tartness/grain with a bit of a floral daub. Initial taste is richly tart, sharp and satisfying sweetness as it lifts. Carbonation is very firm and mouthfeel sternly sour. Finishes quite a long cranberry dryness and lingers out a tangy bready added dryness. Solid work, decent quench cleanser.

Keg, Salt Horse, Edinburgh
