UPDATED: JUL 19, 2022 Soft well rounded aroma, the wine barrel comes through nicely with ripe orange and faint wheat. Straw colored body with a bright white head. Very tart flavor; it's hard to consider this a witbier but still very good. White wine characteristics but overall a bit one note with the sour overpowering everything else. Oaky and slightly funky finish with more lively carbonation than one would usually find in this style. Good.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2022 Bottle. Pours frosty gold. Funk, delicate yeast, orange zest, light acidity, lovely minerally stuff, delicate fuzzy stone fruit skin. Nice effervescent body. Really good.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2022 Bottle from Tavour: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is light funk, citrus, some spiciness. Taste is lightly funky, slight tartness, some spiciness. Solid.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2021 Top notch Witbier. Aroma was of yeast and coriander. Full body that was cloudy with a foamy white head. Citrus notes.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2022 750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden orange color and capped by a thick off white layer of foam that settles slowly to a thin film and coats the glass in lace. The aroma shows notes of orange zest, coriander, lemon grass, and crisp wheat over a pale and wheat malt base with further notes of vinous oak, Chardonnay grape, and some tartness. The flavor follows suit with notes of orange zest, coriander, and vinous white grape up front to go with the crisp wheat and pale malts, soft tartness, and old oak on the back end. Medium bodied with ample carbonation that leads to a slightly dry and lightly tart orange zest, coriander, Chardonnay grapes, and vinous oak on the finish. Really clean, crisp, and refreshing. I could easily drink this entire bottle. Such a really nice take on the witbier style. Excellent stuff.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2021 From bottle. Light unclear pale yellow color with white head. Yeasty aroma, funky, wheat, coriander, citrus, lemon - orange - grapefruit, light vinous, barnyard. Light sweet, light bitter and light acidic taste. Light to medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.
