Brewed and sold since 1876, Budweiser is distributed in more than 70 countries. Budweiser leads the U.S. Premium beer category, outselling all other domestic premium beers combined. In fact, one in almost every five beers sold in the United States today is a Budweiser.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2023 Notater fra nok en hyggelig samling på Mi2 Cardinal 16.10.23: kveldens store personlige overraskelse - jeg har faktisk ikke ratet denne amerikanske klassikeren som har et dårlig rykte blant oss selvoppnevnte voktere av den god smak. Klar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Lys malt, litt citrus sammen med et floralt hint og et streif av lys honning. Frisk og slank med mild bitterhet. Kanskje det er forskjellen mellom 4,7 og 5% som gjør utsalget her.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2023 On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours clear golden with white head. Aroma of fruity esters, grains. Tastes slightly sweet with hardly any bitterness. Thin bodied. Alright - done, happy to be through with this one.

Lightly bitter taste with a tinge of sweetness. Not much in the way of flavours unsurprisingly.

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2023 Can. Nose is corn, metallic, cereal, grassy hop. Taste is corn, cereal, hint of honey, soft caramel finish almost buttery. No hop presence.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2023 Birra dalla schiuma bianca, abbondante, poco fine, cremosa ed evanescente, si presenta di un colore giallo paglierino scarico ed assolutamente limpido. L’aroma emanato è caratterizzato da sentori maltati ed erbacei, di intensità media e buona persistenza. Il corpo è decisamente leggero, acquoso, e dalla carbonazione intensa; al gusto presenta tenui note di malto e successivamente di luppolo, un po’ meno lievi. Il finale è secco, brevissimo ed amarognolo. Pur non trattandosi certamente di una bevanda complessa o pregiata, è comunque assai rinfrescante e beverina e, soprattutto, non presenta difetti particolari al naso o al palato, note stonate o sgradevoli. Da abbinare unicamente a cibi leggeri e non troppo saporiti.
