COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La « Saint-Jaques » est une bière du style « Bock » mais fermenté avec des levures belges de haute fermentation typiques des Wit. Issue d’une véritable production artisanale elle est brassée avec le 100% des ingredients BIO. Elle est proposée non filtrée avec une deuxième fermentation en bouteille qui permet une gazéification naturelle et embouteillée a la main.
INGREDIENTS: Eau, malt de froment, malt d’orge, flocons de froment, houblon, levure fraîche.
INGREDIENTS SECRETS: Houblons BIO Mandarina Bavaria et des super malts BIO Suisses
