Appearance - didn’t expect a slight gusher. Anyway, amber with a nice fluffy head.
Nose - vinous, light cherry and wood.
Taste - more wood and more dry red fruits.
Palate - light bodied. Lean, dry middle section. Tight texture and a long dry tangy finish.
