COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Malts: Pilsner, Pale Ale, Munich Houblons: Magnum, Saphir, Tradition

I bought this bottle close to my flat in the produits du terroir, Lausanne. In my personnal view, it is a well done lager with personnality and fresh products. Firstly, the carbonation is a bit higher than usual with a huge foam white and like a volcano. The taste and aromas are malty, fruity, apricot notes, side of fresh cereals, floral hop, a bit sour, this brew is a good one and they work with local products, simple brew but good, next one please.

from the brewery - quite clear pale golden beer under a huge white foam; fresh hoppy aroma of papaya and pineapples, yeasty; quite juicy and tasty, gently sour and bitter; dry and very fruity finish with light bready notes
