UPDATED: DEC 5, 2017 Jolie mousse, belle blondeur trouble. Une texture onctueuse. Le Mistral dégage un caractère bien houblonné. Amertume raisonnable et courte mais très agréable en fin de bouche. Une bonne bière. Pas de folies sur les saveurs.

Bottle at home, 17th November 17. Pours a dark amber. Aroma is deep pine, malt, chocolate even, citrus. Taste is grainy, citrus and pine, good depth of flavour, floral hops and good bitterness.

Troebel perzikkleurig bier met witte wand klevende schuimkraag. Geur: eerst vreemd licht gerookt en aards, daarna hoppig, floraal, kruidig en wat fruitig. Smaak: aangename bitterheid, licht kruidig en wat fruitig, kumquat en mango. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Een iets zachtere maar lekkere IPA.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl à Maccenzo Devecey Couleur blonde, belle mousse et très effervescente Nez sur le fruit de la passion et les agrumes Punch en bouche sur les agrumes presque jus de pamplemousse, puis côté litchi et fin de bouche léger sur le malt assez ronde et amère.

Clear orange beer, creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, bit sweet, very lemony, lime notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, bit malty, caramel, fruity touch, citrus, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: fruity, tropical fruits, some grapefruit, citrus.
