Bottle. Orangey coloured beer with a good head. The aroma is fruity and gently sour, the flavour is rich with sourness, fruitiness, herbalness, and good bitterness. Overall a nice sour and bitter beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is predominantly fennel and yeast. Fennel still comes up first in the mouth, with some beetroot on the tip of the tongue and fruits on the back. Lasting beetroot finish. Soflty bitter with balanced sweetness. Low body and carbonation. Interesting.

[email protected], Cph. Pours clear golden with a small, staying creamy off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, light doughy, some earthy notes. Medium carbonation, fine dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, light wheat notes, quite a bit of vegetable water character and mildly warming licorice burn.
