Tasting at Matt’s
Golden color, hazy and dull. Citrusy aroma, but nothing like classic Sorachi. Sour mouthfeel, a bit citrusy, lemon peel, no Sorachi Ace character, but still a good beer.

Excellent brew, sour, some grape in taste but also bitterness, some lemon, malty overall. Excellent as I already said

Keg @BRLO Berlin. (Rating backlog early April 2017) Pours light orange, white fluffy head. Nose is peach, citrus fruits, smells as sour as a bunch of sour things, lemons and limes to the fore. Taste is very much the same, with lemon really heavy.

Tide (3978) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 12, 2017
Draught at Ølhus København. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, grass, ripe fruits and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, hops, mango, toast and grass. Good brew.

Hermod (8062) - Vantaa, FINLAND - AUG 11, 2017
Draught @ lhus Kbenhavn. Poured deep golden color with a thick white head. Aroma has dill, lemon peel and sourness. Flavor has lemon, dill and tartness. Mouthdrying finish. Sorachi ace showcase.

33ml Bottle at HUM. Orange, cloudy with a thick lingering head. Fruity and earthy on the nose. Lemony on the palate. Some fankiness but overall balanced and drinkable.

MetalNHopHead (2018) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - AUG 8, 2017
The ever elusive but always fascinating Sorachi Ace hop makes for an extremely smart option for Sur family Brett IPA’s. This citrusy, vinous, and herbal hop blends beautifully with the spicy, earthy, and acidic Brett background. This gold-yellow brew has an exceptionally vibrant feel. There’s definitely some funkiness, but it drinks extremely easy at 6%. Great wine substitute for a hot day outdoors.

Cunningham (8077) - Halden, NORWAY - AUG 7, 2017
Nice hazed golden color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and an average carbonation level. Pleasant and easy to drink. Ok balanced acidity. Brett, fruity, citric and some flowery notes in the flavor. Fine thirst quencher.

czlowiekmotyka (356) - Warsaw, POLAND - AUG 5, 2017
Good funky ale. Extremly drinkable, tastes like a pleasent not too hoppy IPA infused with some bretts. Nothing extraordinary but cool :)

3.8
Bov (12888) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 4, 2017
@Express de Lyon, Paris - pours a hazy amber-orange beer with a decent head retention; perfumy hoppy aroma of peaches and lemon; a good malt backbone, gently sourish, bretty and tart fruity finish
