Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, caramel, rye, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops - spicy hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
Clear amber beer, thin head. Light citrus and rye aroma. Taste is rye, a bit of lemon. Really dry and fresh. Not the tastiest rye beer and not especially complex but it’s nice and a good solid flavour. Ungstrup (37937) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 24, 2017
