On tap at bier thirty pours out a crisp amber topped with a tan head. Nose is nice bourbon barrel vanilla roast malts and lots of sweetness. Taste is more of the bourbon barrel vanilla roast some pit fruit and a nice sweetness.

TBH honest prefer the original this really thins the body out and the barrel character is not enough to make up for this. Now tastes like double bastard pre steroids.
