Bottle, thanks anstei! Nice hazy reddish-copper color with bug off-white head. Aroma is floral, piney, toffee. Taste is piney, toffee, bready malts, quite earthy, bitter finish. Medium carbonation, rather crisp. Not as exciting as others by this brewery, but a solid brew!DSG (15035) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - FEB 22, 2017
With yeast poured in, it becomes greener, milkier, and gets a silkier mouthfeel. Better to pour this one carefully imho.
[1/29/17] Bottle/Can/Crowler/Growler at the RateBeer award ceremony bottle share at Flamingo Hotel in Santa Rosa. Hazy golden. Fruity hops, "green", dry, moderately bitter. tezarak (121) - Lengnau, SWITZERLAND - FEB 12, 2017
Poured from a 33cl bottle (what I assume as there is no indication in the label). Orange-brown and very murky with small sediment particles. Very hoppy aroma. Pear, citrus and peach or nectarine. Nice bitterness, but doesn’t last too long. Very well bodied and an oily texture, but a little over carbonated and a very slight grainy-sandy texture. This Swiss micro brewery is going their own way, and its a good thing.

from the brewery’s shop - cloudy amber-orange beer under a creamy beige foam; aroma of pine, mango and grapefruit; fairly aromatic; full-bodied, some malt sweetness, a creamy palate and a very solid bitterness; long aromatic fruity hoppy finish of grapefruit, passion fruits and earth anstei (2448) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - JAN 24, 2017
Bottle from the webshop. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is tropical fruits, some forest, little citrus. Mango. Body is heavy and dense, with a healthy bitterness in the background, more than expected at this IBU. Residual sweetness kicks in late, but lasts until the palate. Warming. Quite nice.
