Thanks Vincent for this bottle that I drank in Bonfol during this afternoon. In my opinion, it is a good witbeer, more on the Belgian way. The body is yellow, little orange and creamy, thin and white head. The carbonation is regular. We smell a bit the alcool at the final, pleasant note of oats, some malt, creamy at the mouth, touch of apricot or tropical fruits, passion fruit, decent sweetness at the final, some hop, not bad and interesting, happy to see that it is coming from le Petit-Lancy. anstei (2471) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - APR 8, 2017
At Zurich Bier Festival 2017.
Pours cloudy yellow, white fine head.
Little yeast and coriander, but a lot of nice passion fruit.
Light body, quite sweet, very fruity, passion fruit again, full taste. Low but tingly carbonation, extremely refreshing.
Medium fruity and dry palate. Very good Bov (13004) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JAN 30, 2017
from the brewery - cloudy lactic-orange beer with a solid bright foam left; nice lace; perfumy with fair notes of passion fruits, light peppery with hints of cloves; a fair sweet malt backbone with a light tart acidity; quite dry and long flowery finish with more notes of passion fruits and pepper
