UPDATED: APR 15, 2022 Appearance: Light orange golden, totally clear. Good size, creamy white head. Some haze at the end. Aroma: Good fruits, hops and resins. Taste: Medium fruits, exotic fruits. UPDATED: MAR 3, 2020 From tap at the brewpub at 5.6% ABV. Nearly clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma is lightly malty and lightly to medium hoppy with pine, sweeter citric fruits, some fruity esters and light bready notes. Medium body with a medium bitterness and a light sweetness. The flavor starts with resinous hops, grapefruit, light spicy notes, bread and some biscuit. Finishes with a medium hoppy bitterness. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 12

draught@Barbière - fully cloudy blond-orange beer under a solid long lasting creamy foam; light buttery with fair fruity hoppy notes of oranges and grapefruit; creamy palate, medium-bodied, moderate carbonation, fairly bitter, decently dry and long fruity and light spicy hoppy finish - very aromatic and nicely balanced
