Humalat: Magnum, Saaz Maltaat: Pilsner, Vienna kantavierre: 12,3% IBU: 34 EBC: 7

0.4 l draught @ Suuret Oluet Pienet Panimot Festival, Helsinki. Golden, clear etc. This is nicely hopped German style Pilsener. As promised in the commercial description above, this goes well with food.

Fuck me, this is pilsner - gerrman style. That aroma, the raw malty grains, the huskiness. I feel like I was invited to the brew itself. Alas a tiny hint of sourness creeps in. And worse, it shows itself more in the taste. Pleasantly refreshing palate, not too heavy, not to thin. Rich barley malts, touch of starchy plasticky sticky bitterness. Big long bitter bite - ahhhh, proper theoretical pilsner. Probabaly IPL by RB’s new inventions.
Anna’s notes from a week earlier: Tap at Stones, Helsinki
Slightly misty gold beer with a persistent head. The aroma is rich light malts, full grains. Some pleasant slightly biting hops get along well with those grains inside my mouth. Full palate. Maybe a touch more carbonated than I’d find ideal, but this is not a major issue. Well crafted.

[email protected] Golden clear. Light glue here, but dont mind. Lovely pilner maltyness, fine herby, light touched citrusness on nose. Ed bodied, juicy fine herby hoppy, citrus, well but sorta soft bittered. Really nice. Its kinda fresh, and strangely juicy feeling. A bit gluey on the nose, but dont care, could drink tons of it.
