COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gluten free.
A dank and juicy IPA using Golden Promise, wheat and Cara Munich malts in the mash for a sweetly smooth body. For the hops we judiciously bittered with Magnum in the kettle followed by Citra T90 in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. The aroma/flavour is fruit-filled, dank and resinous, with plenty of tropical mango giving a moreish drinkability. Fermented with our house American ale yeast (WLP001) for a refreshingly clean finish, this IPA is also our first gluten-free beer using Brewers Clarex®.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2024 Canned 330ml. -from Spazio Conad Portogruaro. Unclear darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrus and light herbal nose. Sweetish malty, citrusy, light floral and herbal with touch of grapefruit in the finish.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2023 Liquide doré à peine trouble avec mousse courte et persistante. Nez floral, herbacé et légèrement fruité. En bouche, on est typiquement sur une IPA old school avec un côté céréales, caramel en attaque avant une amertume herbacée et légèrement zeste d'agrumes, efficace !!!

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2023 Slightly hazy amber/golden pour with a small white head. Aromas of malt, biscuit, citrus and mango. Taste of orange, other citrus, tropical fruit, bread/malt, raisins, smooth finish.
THe gluten does not matter - this is a very nice beer.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2023 Canned. Orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, spices, herbs and some slight biscuity notes. Flavour is bready, biscuity, some floral, spicy,herbal and mild toffee notes.

UPDATED: APR 16, 2023 33cl blik. Wazig goudblond met wit schuim. Geur: hoppig, fris groen, wat floraal, bloemen, iets zoetig fruitig. Smaak: bitterzoet, hopbitter, roze pompelmoes, ietwat clementine. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: groene hoppigheid, roze pompelmoes.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2022 Pours hazy amber, white head with good lacing. Aroma of fragrant malts mango and citrus. Tastes moderately bitter, caramel, mango, orange peel. Rich flavour, medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
