I drank this beer at the Pibar in Lausanne with Raoul, yesterday. In my point of view, it is not really a porter, on the classical way, not the most easiest one for a beginner. The color is a lovely dark color, intense, brown and white head. The taste is mineral, sour for the style, notes of rasberry and of seaweed, a bit rough but it is one original beer to drink without any stress and to wish to discover a new style.
draught@Wortspiele #3 - black beer with a moderate head retention; mineral aroma with notes of seaweed, fresh and fruity; medium-bodied, subtle carbonation; dry and quite bitter; fresh mineral aftertaste
