Beavertown Trillium TTO. Queue rate thanks to Mr Tipple. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a little fluffy cream. Saison herb and floral bitterness. Touch of orange peel. Tidy straight up Saison.

July 2017 - Bottle shared in the Beavertown Queue. Big thanks to Adrian. As ’Cayon’s Birradelic’. Hazy matte golden yellow, lightly sparkling, foamy white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is shandy, grains, stones. Body is light, spritzy carbonation, frothy. Taste is chalky and dry, powdered bonbons, stones and cucumber peel. Alright. (5-4-6-3-13=3.1)

Bouteille 33cl de la Cave à Bières, Yverdon. Bottled 03/2017, BB 12/2017, batch#41.

courtesy of Luc Delacoste - quite clear golden-blond beer under a solid long lasting white foam; nice lace; fresh aroma of pears, light spicy and funky; lively palate and with a fair carbonation; sourish and bitter; quite dry; long fruity funky finish
