Canned 50cl. Definitely the one I enjoyed the least from the (dunkel- weizen- hopfen)- series. Extremely fast diminishing fizzy head. Drinkable alright but extremely mediocre and not interesting at all. Reminiscence of metal and vegetables. Light bodied. Subdued bitterness. Poor malt profile. Unsignificant finish. Nothing enjoyable about this beer. Pointless.

lattina 50 cl, schiuma fine beige media persistenza, colore mogano, al naso e in bocca malto tostato, carbonatazione moderata, lieve dolce con percettibile amaro nel finale. Molto modesta 13.05.17

I bought this bottle from the coop in Prélaz. I drank it yesterday with Massimo in Lausanne. In my opinion, it is a classical Bavarian dunkel beer, it is a similar one than the dunkles perle and the new marketing to make the war of the small breweries to sell a drinkable beer at a price not so high and with millions of francs of stupid marketing more familiar than South America. Unfortunately the beer must obey to the market rules if you live of that. One thing that I could observe is that the beer is becoming "bobo" or something distinguished, it is the life. This one has a brown and troubled body, regular carbonation for the style, thin and white foam. The taste is malty, bready, touch of caramel at the final, a bit watery, a Bavarian one and for the price it is acceptable.

canned; from Supermarket Coop - clear brown beer with a modest head retention; gently toasted aroma of toffee and molasses; light grainy, moderate carbonation, sweet, corny palate and a bit harsh; short malty and caramel-ish aftertaste - very modest and characterless
