Bottle from Pien, Helsinki. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of dark bread, light wood and some earth. The same in the taste. The body was on the light side. An ok one.

UPDATED: JUL 13, 2018 Bottle received as Christmas present. Pours light brown with a shade of orange. Small bubbly light beige head. Aroma of roasted rye and bread. Bready maltiness forms the essence of the taste as well, with some roasted rye bread and a trace of citric hoppiness. Light to medium bodied, but unfortunately watery. Slight hoppy finish. Breadier and foodier than basic Finnish blonde lager, but doesn't really stand out in any way. Andy_ (1153) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 28, 2018

[ As Takatalo & Tompuri Kaski Ruislager ].
Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, dusty, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dusty, pale malt, sweet malt, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
Mild smell of malt. Muddy dark orange colour, high beige head. Aroma of hops, grass, malt. Basic pils-like flavours, no real rye to be noted. Bitter. Boring pils-like attempt.

Dishwatery aroma. Rich orange, brief head. Watery palate, some fizz. Mushroomy and dirty, minerally. Fail.
Rerate: Tap (Copenhagem, Helsinki) (5:3:5:3:11=2.7)
Format rerate worked - this is cleaner. Grains clearer, nice spicy rye. Finish bitter. Characterful lager, much better. Success!
330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Clear dark amber color. Small size, white head, stays. Leather shoes, mushrooms, grainy, buttery aroma. Foul aroma. Grainy, buttery, mushrooms, animal leather in taste. Mushrooms with fur in aftertaste. Soft carbonation. This tastes horrible. This smells horrible. This is nope!
