In short: herbal light ale.
Did I enjoy it: yes.
Pours hazy pale gold with frothy white head. Long head retention, some good lacing. Weak herbal and citrusy nose. Light body, average carbonation, slick texture. Taste is herbal, citrusy, little bitterness, easy drinking and quaffable, a bit watery, refreshing. Enjoyable.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 24 Nov 2017) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with biscuits, grass, tea and fresh floral hops. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of biscuity malt, tea, citrus and fresh floral, citric hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, with a light Earl Grey character. Quite nice.

September 14, 2017 - at Old Fountain - handpull cask. Brassy clear gold with a smallish mottled off-white/beige head. Wonderful aroma - not "big" but plenty going on - dry lemongrass, lemon zest, somewhat pungent - zero alcohol and sweetness (8+). Taste follows, a bit more muted. Very light bodied, mild carbonation, with a little acidity - finishes somewhat quickly, slightly tingly dry aftertaste - could drink a bunch of it. jonas (8625) - Garching close to the monks, GERMANY - FEB 4, 2018

Cask at the Harp. The barrel had just been put on so it was in perfect condition. A murky pour and a subdued taste that developed as I worked my way down the glass. There was a very subtle hop and malt flavour and a definite tea thing going on. It was all very pleasant and enjoyable. explosivedog (1999) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - DEC 25, 2017
