malrubius (3502) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - JUN 28, 2017Can from Brewtopia. Very pale gold with lasting head and lace. Fresh grassy aroma with a touch of citrus. Light bready crackery sweetness with a hint of apricot with medium citrus and spicy bitterness in very dry but fruity finish. Very light body lively carbo. I’ve had this can for a couple of days, and until I poured it I thought it was a DIPA. I’m like, wow that is so pale. Then I looked at the can again and was bummed. Then I drank it and am well pleased. An amazing American pilsner. TOTALLY FUCKING EXCELLENT. .................... [FUCK A-B/Inbev]
JStax (10650) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - MAY 23, 201712 ounce can from airforcehops. Thanks! The beer is a clear yellow with a big head of white foam. Great head retention. The aroma is a little crackery, with notes of floral herbs and bready dough. Crisp and sweet. The doughy snap at the finish is phenomenal. Lighter body and medium carbonation. Velvety mouthfeel.
AirForceHops (15034) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - MAY 13, 201712 oz. can. Canned on 4/04/17. Color is a clear gold with a small white head that leaves a lasting ring and a little bit of film. Aroma of pils malts, corn, and yeast.
Flavor of cereal, straw, crackers, and mild lager yeast hints. Light bodied with moderate carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. Clean drinking.
puboflyons (5056) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - MAY 6, 2017From the 12 fl. oz. can dated 04/04/17. Yellow, slightly unfiltered pour underneath a long lasting white foamy head. I pick up sweet toasted bread, corn syrup, something vegetable-like, and a hint of lemon. The body is better than I expected - above the medium range. Corny, toasty sweetness in the flavor with a decent bitterness ending and a dry finish. Crisp.
johnnnniee (7173) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - APR 18, 2017Can from the source.
Brilliantly clear deep yellow with a decent sized bubbly white head that persists. Sweet crackery pilsner maltiness with hints of spice and flowers on the nose. Initially a hint of skunk and green apple but that dissipated almost instantly. Rich crackery toasty malt flavor with some earthy spicy citrus hops and a touch of non descript fruit. Spirited carbonation gives a sharp tingle to the mouthfeel. Medium body. That’s a pretty damn tasty lawnmower beer right there.
