Gose brewed with Brettanomyces, and fermented in wine foudre. Aged on cherries in our cellar with our houes yeast.

330 mml bottle. Tasted on the 06/08/2017 at home. Cloudy orange colour with a minimal white head. Aroma of lacto, brett, fruits and sea salt. Taste is cherry and other fruits with a medium sour and salty finish. Aftertaste is citric and salty. Next one please!

Draft at Julian’s Providence. Pours yellow with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Nice salt notes on the nose with a hint of tartness as well as the cherry. Nice blend of tartness and salt and coriander on the tongue. Refreshing on a hot day.

Taster at Uiltje Bar, Haarlem. Somewhat pale golden with a small white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Very present sourness with subtle sweet tones. Tart, acid, apples, grapes and cherries. Nice.

330ml bottle served in a tulip glass. Pours a cloudy orange to red color forming a medium and aired white head with minimum retention and no lacings left in the glass. Nose is acid and sweet. Notes of wheat and peaches. Grapes and apple vinegar. Slightly sweet upfront. apple vinegar, peaches, leather, oxidation. Lactic notes.In overall, a dry and sour taste. Light body. Light carbonation. Apple vinegar in the aftertaste. Good drinkability. Not bad.
