Light farmhouse flavours, grain malts, straw, spices, grass, leaves. Hazy gold, small, creamy white head. Light bitter. More dry and bitter grain malts, wet straw, light yeast, some more spices, maybe a tough of ginger, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very dry Saison. Bottle at The International Beer Bar, Zurich.

500 ml. bottle – looks vaguely like a 375 ml. one. Bottled May 2017. Batch #1. Bright orange amber, solid creamy off-white head. Nose is overly cleaning product ginger, almost funk, oak, sweet cleaning product, bit overly so. Taste is luckily bit better but still bit too cleaning product air-freshener ginger, oddly warming, sherry, oak, sugar, cocktail orange, fizzy feels oddly potent, flowers, esoteric oils, oily orange, cheap whisky. Oddly oily & heavily carbonated. Quite interesting but also a bit too perfume heavy whatever, I love ginger in food but in beer I don’t recall it really working much, getting so soapy. It feels like this would work better in a Cocktail than on its own.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of tart, brett, orange zest, ginger, yeast and mild oak. Taste has ginger, orange zest, oak, tart, horseblanket, dry yeast and a spicey finish. Tasty and nice.

from Bier-Bienne - hazy golden-orange with a white foam left; aroma of ginger, oak and raisins; full-bodied and with a soft carbonation; some sweetness; bitter herbal notes with more notes of wood and ginger in the finish

MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - AUG 31, 2017
Bottle @ Gekke Geit. Pours a light hazy golden beer with a medium sized white head on top. Aroma of some light barrel notes, light funk, light ginger-ish notes and some faint smokey touches in the background. Flavor is light, some grassy, hay-ish notes, lemongrass, citrussy and almost no barrel notes. Some woody notes are there though, but no distinguishable barrel characters from the specific barrel. Low in carbonation, short in light sweet aftertaste. Decent still

Bottle. Deep golden color. Oak, bretty notesand ripe fruit in the aroma. Very soft carbonation. Malty yet dry, oaky, bretty flavor with onions and a hint of whisky. Very tasty, amazingly complex beer.

Bottle shared at home. Thanks to Irma! Near clear golden with thin white head. Sweet malts, spices, coriander, juniper berries, light vegetal notes, photo glue, plastics, soapiness, apparently the leftovers of ginger, notes of wood. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation.

gyhallmanti (593) - Groningen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 11, 2017
UPDATED: JUN 11, 2017 Tasting glass at Uiltje Bar in Haarlem. Pours a clear orange amber colour with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, orange, mint, anise, ginger, dessert wine, applejuice. Taste is fairly sweet, light bitter with a soft dry finish. Notes of orange, apple, ginger, pear, slight pineapple, resin, floral. Texture is oily to syrupy, medium bodied with average carbonation. The draft list states that its a farmhouse ale which seems more likely than a saison.
