Bottle. Color: Hazy orange, firm off-white head. Taste: Complex combination of sweet, sour and bitter, with notes of orange, saison yeast (reminds me of a farm barn), grain, wood and spices (ginger). Hints of whiskey. Pretty dry finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice, omplex and well balanced beer.

Benzai (17005) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - DEC 27, 2017
Bottle @ tasting shared by Joes. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, wheat, basil, ginger, floral, green plants. Not my kind of beer even though it's drinkable. Ok but I don't like it.

DutchDrebus (6401) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - DEC 24, 2017
Bottle @ home. Clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells sourish, fruity, orange, lime, dusty. Tastes sweet and sour, fruity, malty. It's nice. Too much carbonation, thin body. I really like the taste and overall idea of the beer, but it's a little bit too light. Could've been just a little bit stronger and it would've been quite amazing I think. Gets better when the carbo dies down a bit.

[email protected] TTO, Taphouse, Copenhagen (16/11/2017) - golden coloured pour with a white head. Fruity citrus notes of lemon and orange, straw, hay, yeast, zesty citrus lemon notes, medium body, touch of citric spice, floral grassy hoppy into the close.

Goudgeel, troebel, witte schuimkraag, redelijk veel koolzuur. Aroma: Fruitig, grassig, farmhouse gist, Citrus, appel, peer,  gember. Mooi bier.

Ungstrup (39294) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2017
Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of peaches, Belgian yeast, malt, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, yeast, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

yespr (49487) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2017
From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight citric. Dry, fruity, citric and wooden. Mellow fruity. Lingering fruity and wooden finish.

MrTipple (7490) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 24, 2017
Light farmhouse flavours, grain malts, straw, spices, grass, leaves. Hazy gold, small, creamy white head. Light bitter. More dry and bitter grain malts, wet straw, light yeast, some more spices, maybe a tough of ginger, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very dry Saison. Bottle at The International Beer Bar, Zurich.
