UPDATED: JAN 26, 2021 Pours cloudy orange amber with a one finger, white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, peach, lactose and lacto. Taste is guava puree, lactose and peaches, moving to tartness. Finish is sweet guava and peach.

750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, bright golden orange color and topped by a small off white layer of foam that settles quickly to a thin film and leaves some sudsy lines of lace around the glass. The aroma is awesome showing notes of fresh, juicy guava and peaches right up front followed by notes of crisp wheat, big dose of salt, lactic sourness, and some grainy pale malts. The lactose adds a hint of vanilla as well, but the fruit are the real stars here. The flavor follows suit with the juicy peaches and guava right up front followed by the crisp, lactic sourness and wheat notes and a touch of pale malt sweetness and a light saltiness throughout to keep things in check. Medium bodied and very smooth with ample carbonation that leads to a crisp, tart finish with peaches and guava adding some nice sweetness as well. The saltiness keeps things dry, crisp and super refreshing with each sip begging another. Just an easy drinking and awesome fruited Gose. Great stuff.

Hazy yellow. Guava is the star up front followed by a juicy hit of the peaches. The salt adds s nice touch. Delicious.

On tap at at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Pours hazy yellow golden with white head. Sour, salty, fruity, peaches, citrus, bit lactic, so balanced. Smooth and refreshing. Medium bodied. Probably the best gose I've had so far.

2017-09-30. Hazy orange body, moderate off-white head. 3+ Aroma is odd blend of fruit. Green melon and guava. Flavour is tart and lightly acidic, fruity. 7+ Average bodied palate, good carbonation. Very quaffable and tasty but a little strange at times. 7/3-4/7-8/3/16-17 On tap at Witchstock 2017, Toronto.
