Crisp and grainy, mostly neutral base but with a pleasant Berliner Weiss type tartness with the added complexity of Italian plums. Fruity, tannic, tasty. Light body, strong carbonation, bone dry finish. Good stuff.

On the fruity side, plum is there but it’s not dominant. Cidery tartness, not bad.
