UPDATED: MAR 7, 2021 500mL bottle at brewery. Batch #2. Pours gold with a small white head. Aroma is funk, lemon, oak, butter, and floral. Taste is tart; lemon, tea, funk, oak, herbal, and apricot. Light-medium body. Medium carbonation. Smooth, slight spritzy mouthfeel. Awesome.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2019 Hazy golden color with a small head, no lacing on the glass. Earth, hay, wood, acidic, citrus, tart finish.

Bottle thanks to Vin! Pours clear golden, medium creamy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is bugs, oak, lemon, brett, bright citrus, apricots and other miscellaneous stone fruit. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, bright and fruity, stone fruits. Light body with a pleasant mouthfeel. Wow. Awesome. This is a 4% ABV miracle.

A perfectly balanced delicate and complex barrel-aged Saison. Delicious.

Bouteille (500 ml), partagée. Couleur jaune dorée, apparence voilée surmontée d'une moyenne tête blanche qui laisse un peu de dentelle. Au nez, la levure Saison se combine agréablement aux notes vineuses, aux céréales et quelques notes poivrées. Au goût, c'est léger et frais avec une belle présence de levure et des notes vineuses intéressantes. Corps léger à moyen. Carbonatation moyenne. Finale sèche. C'est délicat, complexe, extrêmement bien balancé et hyper facile à boire.

bottle shared by tom10101, thanks man! pours hazy light gold with a small white cap offering some retention and lacing. lemony herbs, lightly bittering herbs, very nice light acidity - house yeast crushing saison character, which is ok here; white wine woodsiness, drying peppery prickly pears, light tropicalness, salty minerals. bright carbonation, light body - thin but not watery; dry and softly tart woodsy-citrusy finish. very good BA wild saison.

Very slightly cloudy yellow. Light sweet lemon tartness. Flowers. Dry. Light body. Shortish finish. Excellent.

Bottle shared in Maine - cheers! Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Great aroma, nice lemony notes, a little pale wood, straw. Light sweet flavour, clean, with lemony tartness, some woody dryness, some citrus peel. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, tart and dry, with further lemon, a little oak, soft minerals, clean acidity. Wonderful.

Bottle shared with Andrew and Brendan. Pours a hazy golden body with soft white lacing. Nose is soft sour funk - restrained aroma for the most part. Mouthfeel is exceptionally pillowy, with absolutely no acidity. Incredible ’session’ sour. Delicate and balanced.
