ABV: 7.0%. Cloudy - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white and open head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, light wheat, moderate yeasty, nectar, oak - barrel, citrus - grapes - vinous, light almond - marzipan. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, nectar, fruity yeast, tart, sour, funky, grapes - green apples - vinous, oak - barrel - vanilla, floral, light almond - marzipan. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190615]

UPDATED: APR 12, 2020 750ml bottle pours out hazy orange topped with a small white head. Nose is complex barrel barnyard funky musty grapes. Taste is more of the nice funky layers of complexity barrel grape and tart.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2019 From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Light hazy golden color with white head . Yeasty aroma, citrus, light funky, spicy, floral, honey, light wood and vinous. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2019 Bottle @ Ulfborg white-whales tasting. Aroma of citrus, stone fruit, green aples, funk, barnyard, hay, grapes, oak. light sweet and Moderate zesty sour with lingering fruity sourness. Light and juicy. Great.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2019 Tap. Pours muddy orange with a white haed. Aroma of fruity brett, slgiht touch of marzipan - macroons, quite alot of wood, a bit herbal, slight spice, grapefruit. Taste is quite tart, loads of acidity, fruity, quite bretty, quite some stonefruits, woody - a tad herbal. a tad sweet, light dry finish.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2019 Piękny aromat, żółte owoce, nuty rustykalne, kwaśne cytrusy. W smaku wytrawne, mocno kwaśne z nutami octowymi, drapie gardło.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2019 Rami Rami is drinking a Tête De Cuvée (Vintage 2015) by Side Project Brewing at Mikkeller Bar Warsaw Cierpkie, kwasne, bardzo owocowe, strasznie zlozone, jakies slodkie tez nutki sa, ale calosc wytrawna, sciaga usto. I robi duze wrazenie. Z plusikiem

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2018 750ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color and topped by a small off white layer of foam that settles to a thin film and leaves patches of lace around the glass. The aroma is really nice showing notes of citrus fruit with peach and apricot coming to mind along with notes of green apples, Chardonnay grapes, must and crisp wheat with plenty of barnyard funk and sourness throughout. The flavor follows suit with notes of stone fruits with peach and apricot up front followed by hints of hay, crisp wheat, barnyard funk, oaky sourness, and Chardonnay grape must. Really nice balance between the stone fruits, funky, and oaky sourness. Medium bodied with ample carbonation that leads to a crisp wheat, stone fruit, and funky sourness on the finish. Really tasty and well executed blend of barrel aged saisons. Awesome stuff.
