Bottle 330 ml. Almost black, good coffee foam. Aroma: perfume-floral notes, caramel and burnt malt, prunes, chocolate and coffee, a little brandy. Taste: roasted malt and caramel, burnt malt (or barley), bitter chocolate, whiskey, warming, bitter finish.

330ml bottle from a bottleswap with rosenbergh, thanks a lot!

Very fruity aroma, smells more like a BW with lots of sweet dates and figs scents. Taste is extremely roasty, monster of roastiness.

0.33 l bottle from Alko Ojamo, Lohja. Appearance is black with tan head. Aroma has the usual dark chocolate. Taste is oily, greasy and with dark chocolate. Ending is bitter but not too roasted or hoppy. Quite balanced.

Bottle at home
clear deep ruby tinged brown with a dense beige head, fruity licorice and molasses on nose. Zippy carbonation, full bodied, sweet and fruity barley sugar, slight bitter, quite sticky. Starts off well but becomes a bit sickly

Overpowering coffee-with-artificial-creamer taste. There is some faint background of prunes and walnuts, but the oily texture is not appetising to me.

Black beer with dark beige small head. Aroma is coffee, raisins, malts. Taste is bitter chocolate, coffee, wood, burnt bread. Aftertaste is medium bitter. Strong taste with oily texture. Overall good warming imperial stout.

Owocowe dziwnie, chociaż nie wiem skąd, dużo sosu sojowego, poza tym dość puste.

330 ml bottle, bb 30/09/2018, from my EU Local Swap sender japppp, thanks!
Black body, with a medium, dense, dark beige head.
Aroma of coffee, cocoa, chocolate, vanilla, dark fruits, some liquorice.
Tastes of coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, liquorice, wood, dark fruits, citric hops.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes roasty, dry, subtly sweet, wooden, with coffee, liquorice, cocoa, zesty hops.

Very nice. Smooth and dense, with a great balance, between the roasty and subtly sweet malts and quite a lot of hops. Alcohol is greatly hidden, doesn’t drink too heavy. Great style example how I like it, while not among my favorite ones.

0,33l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks for this one. BB 30.09.2018. black color, small coffee-colored head. smells earthy, licorice, molasses, light berry notes. does not sound like much but smell is very subtle and very smooth. good stuff. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, some hops, pine, licorice, grass, citric, light ash, coffee grounds. finishes dry and quite roasty / earthy bitter with notes of coffee grounds, pine and ash notes. wow, very nice complex beer, nowadays this one would almost certainly run under the label "Black IPA", its quite hop-forward. hops lack a bit of crispness though, could have been even better. very very good stuff.
