Looks dull. Pours with a head that dies out right away. And there's pond scum in the neck of the bottle and on the cap - some sort of infection happening for sure. The aroma has an initial whiff of gross, along with some grapefruit notes. On the palate, a fairly boring sour with light acidity, weak citrus notes, but that's about it, maybe a touch of alcohol showing through in the finish. If I were to guess, judging by prior ratings, this one sat around too long. And I have to admit, I basically forgot I had it. luttonm (7144) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 12, 2018
Urban Family, Seattle. Tall white creamy, clearish gold. Tons of lime zest on nose. A sweet edge. Key lime pie. Full sip, smooth up front to a light citrus acidity. Lovely. andrewje41 (4752) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - DEC 15, 2017
Draft 12 oz pour at Urban Family. Golden yellow, hazy pour. Quick fading head. Lemon tart aroma, quite inviting. Flavor is no surprises. A ton of citrus zest, biting carb, grapefruit. A slightly creamy sour here. Nice tart bite to this. Flavorful, and refreshing. Really enjoyed this. Bov (13553) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - OCT 17, 2017
courtesy of Jasmina - hazy orange beer with a little foam left; deep and clean aroma of oranges, grapefruit and lemon; juicy and sour palate, medium-bodied, light sweetness below; sour and fruity finish - fresh, lively and very pleasant mansquito (7362) - Nueva York, New York, USA - AUG 28, 2017
At the source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is citrusy and flowery and funky. Taste is very fruity and pretty sour. Sourness is strong but not vinegary. Low sweetness. Good.
